I do my best to make therapy accessible while still ensuring I am able to meet my needs. If you find yourself unable to access therapy due to cost, typical meeting times being during the workday, or other reasons, please reach out to me. In addition to offering a sliding scale, I facilitate an Access Group that is built for folks who would not otherwise be able to access therapy. This space provides an opportunity for learning skills and having processing time while building a sense of community.
I do not use generative AI/LLMs for any part of my process. This means I do not use AI to generate marketing materials, to diagnose, or to write notes.
